Do you migrate from any provider?
Yes. We offer a migration service so your website, email and other data reach our hosting safely and hassle-free, whichever provider you come from. The only thing that changes depending on your source panel is whether the migration is automatic (free) or manual (by the hour).
How much does it cost exactly?
If your current host uses cPanel, the migration is completely free and automatic, using the official cPanel tool or JetBackup. If it uses another panel (or none), we do it by hand for €40/hour + VAT; a typical website with WordPress and email usually takes just one hour. In both cases we confirm the cost before we start.
Will my website go down during the migration?
No. Your website and email keep working on the old host while we copy everything to the new one. Once the copy is verified, the DNS is pointed at the new server and the switch is transparent to your visitors.
What details do I have to send you?
The access details for your current host (control panel or, failing that, FTP and databases). With those we check that the migration is feasible and confirm time and cost. Always share these details via ticket, never through insecure channels.
Do I have to order the hosting before migrating?
Yes, but only once we've confirmed that the migration is feasible. You pick the hosting plan that suits you best, order it from the website and receive your access details instantly; then we start the move.
Do you also migrate email and databases?
Yes: the website, the email mailboxes with their messages, the databases and the account configuration. The goal is for everything to end up exactly as it was on your current host, but running faster.
Can I migrate just my email, without the website?
Yes. To move only email mailboxes between servers you have IMAP Sync, our free online tool: it copies all the emails and folders from one IMAP mailbox to another with one click, without deleting anything from the source server.
What if I have many websites (reseller or agency)?

Do you also migrate to VPS or managed servers?
Yes. The migration service covers all our products: shared hosting, multi-domain, VPS and Managed VPS. On managed servers, migration from cPanel is included in the service.
