What do I need to use the module?
A working WHMCS portal and a Redsys virtual payment terminal contracted with your bank. With the terminal credentials you configure the module and start accepting payments right away; the installation is simple and doesn't require touching WHMCS code.
Can I enable all three gateways at once?
Yes. The pack includes three independent modules (Redsys, Redsys 1-click and Bizum) and you can install them simultaneously: each client picks their preferred payment method at checkout.
How do automatic renewals work?
Through Redsys tokenization. When the client pays their first invoice or adds a card under "Payment methods", Redsys returns a unique token to WHMCS. Subsequent charges are made automatically with that token, keeping 3D-Secure protection and without the client having to enter their card again.
Are card details stored in my WHMCS?
No. Your WHMCS only stores the token generated by Redsys, never the card number. That increases security and reduces regulatory compliance risk. In addition, the client can remove their card from their account at any time and the token is deleted from Redsys as well.
How do I issue a refund?
Directly from the WHMCS admin panel, with one click: the module comes with built-in refunds, so you don't need to log in to the Redsys control panel to manage them.
Which PHP versions is it compatible with?
The module is up to date and compatible with PHP 8.3, the version used by modern WHMCS installations. The licence is annual (€99/year) and includes the three gateways of the pack.
