Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Redsys) - automatic renewal: the method preferred by most customers. The first time you pay, the bank returns a reference (token) used for future charges. In Payment methods you can add or remove your cards. This method grants a 1% discount on the invoice.

• PayPal - automatic renewal: a billing agreement is created and used to renew your services automatically, so you can forget about due dates. A 5% + €0.50 fee applies. To cancel the agreement, remove your PayPal account in Payment methods in the client area.

• Crypto ₿ - manual renewal: pay with cryptocurrencies such as BTC, LTC, Doge or USDT. This method grants a 3% discount on the invoice.

• Bizum - manual renewal: only available to customers in Spain; pay straight from your mobile phone. No fees.

Cancellation

Cancelling any service (except domains)

• The renewal proforma invoice is generated 10 days before the expiry date.
• When you request a cancellation, the service is automatically removed from the proforma invoice.

You must explicitly request the cancellation from the client area. There are two options:

1. Immediate cancellation: the product will be destroyed within the next 24 hours.
2. At the end of the billing period: it will be destroyed on the next expiry date.

To do so, open the product in question and click the active button:

Cancelling a domain

Strictly speaking, a domain cannot be cancelled: if you do not want to renew it, you must let it expire. To do so, simply disable the "Auto Renew" option in the client area:
