How to set up Outlook
Do you have connection problem?
- The server only allows SSL TLS 1.2 / 1.3 connections as older versions of SSL are vulnerable.
- If you are a Windows / Outlook user, you must upgrade to Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 at least, previous versions are not supported..
- If you are a Mac OSX user, you must update to version 10.12 (Sierra) at least, previous versions are not supported.
- As an alternative to an operating system update, you can consider a change to your email client. We recommend Mozilla Thunderbird. Mozilla Thunderbird.
